When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us at contact@pencil.games.
Each order will be shipped via USPS GroundAdvantage 2-3 business days after purchase. Delivery times will be another 1-3 business days within the USA. Usually, you should receive your order around 1 week after purchase. However, during busy seasons, processing times may be extended.
Every order will receive tracking information via email approximately 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order has been placed.
We are unable to accept returns on personalized books unless there is an error or damage on our part. If this is the case with your order, you will need to contact us at contact@pencil.games within 10 days from the day it is received. Prior to confirming your purchase on our site, please make sure you don't have any typos.
Any major damages should be documented when received so that we may assess where the damages happened and how we may remedy the problem.
Depending on the time of day and the day of the week, books are printed anywhere from a few minutes to a few days after ordering. This makes cancellations and changes difficult to do.
